How does meet and greet service work?

Your chauffeur will meet you inside the airport terminal at baggage claim, holding a sign with your name. They'll assist with your luggage and escort you to the vehicle. This is included with all our airport pickups.

Pricing & Booking

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for guaranteed availability. However, we can often accommodate same-day and last-minute requests based on fleet availability. During peak travel times (holidays, major conferences), we suggest booking 3-7 days ahead. Our online booking system is available 24/7 for your convenience.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Debit cards and corporate accounts are also accepted. Payment is processed securely online when you complete your booking. For corporate clients, we offer invoicing with net-30 terms. Cash payment directly to the driver is also available.
Are gratuities included in the price?
Gratuity is not included in our quoted rates. Standard tipping for excellent service is 15-20% of the total fare. You can add gratuity when booking online, include it in your payment, or provide it directly to your driver in cash. For corporate accounts, gratuity can be included in consolidated billing.
Do you offer corporate or group discounts?
Yes, we offer competitive rates for corporate accounts with benefits including consolidated monthly billing, dedicated account management, priority booking, and volume discounts. Do you service both O'Hare and Midway airports?
Yes, we provide comprehensive transportation to and from Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) and Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW). We also service all private aviation FBO terminals in the Chicago area including DuPage Airport, Gary/Chicago International Airport, and Chicago Executive Airport. Our drivers are familiar with all terminals and optimal pickup locations.
How long will the driver wait at the airport?
For domestic flights, we include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time from the actual flight landing time. International flights include 60 minutes of free wait time to account for customs and immigration. Additional wait time beyond this is billed at $25 per 15-minute increment. Your driver actively monitors flight status and adjusts pickup time automatically.
Can I make multiple stops on the way to the airport?
Absolutely. Multiple stops can be added for $15-$25 per stop depending on the location and time required. Common requests include stopping at your office to pick up colleagues, residential pickups for family members, or quick errands. Add multiple stops when booking online or contact our dispatch team to arrange custom routing.
Do you provide service to suburbs and surrounding areas?
Yes, we service all Chicago suburbs and the greater metropolitan area including Naperville, Schaumburg, Oak Brook, Evanston, Arlington Heights, Downers Grove, and all locations throughout Cook County, DuPage County, Lake County, Will County, and Kane County. Pricing is calculated based on distance from the airport to your specific location.

How do I find my driver at the airport?
For airport arrivals, your professional chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal at the baggage claim area, holding a sign clearly displaying your name. Approximately 30 minutes before your flight lands, you'll receive a text message and email with your driver's name, photo, direct phone number, and exact meeting location. For departures, your driver will be waiting at your specified pickup address.
What happens if I can't find my driver?
If you have any difficulty locating your driver, immediately call or text the direct phone number provided in your confirmation message. Our drivers keep their phones readily accessible and respond within minutes. Our 24/7 dispatch center is also available to assist in connecting you with your driver and providing updated location information.
What if my flight is cancelled or significantly delayed?
If your flight is cancelled, contact us immediately and we'll provide free rescheduling to your new flight time or issue a full refund if you no longer need service. For significant delays exceeding 3 hours, we'll automatically adjust your pickup time at no additional charge. We monitor all flights in real-time, but appreciate a quick notification for cancellations so we can optimize our fleet scheduling.

Can I request a specific vehicle type?
Absolutely. Our fleet includes luxury sedans (Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7 Series, Audi A8), premium SUVs (Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Chevrolet Suburban), and executive vans (Mercedes Sprinter, Ford Transit). Is WiFi available in your vehicles?
Yes, complimentary high-speed WiFi is standard in all our vehicles. Policies & Safety

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 4 hours before scheduled pickup receive a full refund with no penalty. Cancellations within 4 hours of pickup incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations after the driver has been dispatched are charged 100%. We understand that flight changes and emergencies happen, and we work with clients on rescheduling whenever possible. Corporate accounts may have different terms.
Are your vehicles and drivers licensed and insured?
Yes, all vehicles carry commercial liability insurance exceeding Illinois state requirements with coverage up to $2 million. All chauffeurs are professionally licensed with commercial driver's licenses, undergo comprehensive background checks, drug testing, and training in defensive driving, customer service, and Chicago airport terminal procedures.
