Where exactly will my driver meet me at O'Hare?
Your chauffeur will meet you at the baggage claim area of your arriving terminal. For domestic flights, that's near the carousels. For international arrivals at Terminal 5, we meet you in the arrivals hall after you clear customs.
What if I can't find my driver?
You'll receive your driver's mobile phone number via text before landing. If you don't see them immediately, simply call or text. Our dispatchers are also available 24/7 at (224) 801-3090.
How will I recognize my driver?
Your chauffeur will hold a professional sign with your name clearly displayed. You'll also receive a text with their photo, name, and the vehicle description before you land.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track all flights in real-time using FlightAware. When your flight is delayed, we automatically adjust your pickup time. Your driver will still be waiting when you land, regardless of delays.
How long will my driver wait for me?
We provide 30 minutes of complimentary wait time after your flight lands for domestic arrivals, and 60 minutes for international flights. This gives you plenty of time to deplane, clear customs if needed, and collect your luggage.
Can my driver help with multiple bags or heavy luggage?
Absolutely. Our chauffeurs are happy to assist with all your luggage, from the carousel to the vehicle. If you're traveling with oversized items (golf clubs, ski equipment), please mention this when booking so we can ensure the right vehicle.
