Chauffeur notes — Michael, 12 years with Royal Carriage
Naperville pickups timed for a 7 PM downtown reservation should leave at 5:25 not 5:45 — the I-88 toll plaza at Farnsworth backs up heavily on Fridays and I've watched GPS estimates be wrong by 15 minutes there. I-290 via Butterfield is my backup route.
