We pick up at the Midway arrivals curb outside the terminal. Your chauffeur tracks your flight and is positioned at the curb when you exit. Look for a professional driver holding a sign with your name.

We operate 24/7. Our earliest pickups are typically 3:00 AM for early morning flights. Red-eye arrivals, early departures, and late-night flights are all covered. There is no extra charge for early morning or late-night service.

Gratuity is not included in our flat rates. The industry standard is 15-20%. You can tip in cash at the end of your ride or add it to your credit card payment. Tipping is appreciated but always at your discretion.
