Terminal 2 Pickup Instructions
Terminal 2 handles Delta, United domestic, and some international connections. Baggage claim sits on the lower level. Exit through Door 2C or 2E to reach the car service pickup zone. During peak hours (4-7 PM), security moves vehicles quickly, so text your driver before exiting so the car is staged and ready.
Terminal 3 Pickup Instructions
American Airlines operates from Terminal 3, one of O'Hare's busiest. Exit baggage claim through Door 3E for the most direct path to the car service lane. The outer curb is where professional drivers stage. If you're arriving from concourse H or K, follow signs toward the main terminal — do not exit through the connector to Terminal 2.
Terminal 5 (International) Pickup Instructions
International arrivals exit through Terminal 5 exclusively. After customs and secondary baggage claim, exit through the main doors. The car service pickup lane is directly ahead on the lower level.
