You call (224) 801-3090 or go to /book. Provide your flight number, pickup address, passenger count, and luggage estimate. You'll receive a confirmation email and text with your fare (flat rate, no surprises), driver name, vehicle type, and license plate — usually within 15 minutes of booking.
What Happens When You Land
Your driver monitors your flight in real time. If you land early, the car is already there. If you land late, the driver adjusts — no extra charge. For domestic flights, you get 60 minutes of free wait time after wheels-down. International arrivals get 90 minutes to account for customs. Once you grab your bags, text your driver and walk to the designated pickup point.
Meet-and-Greet vs Curbside Pickup
Standard service is curbside — your driver stages at the terminal and you walk to the car. Meet-and-greet means your driver enters the terminal with a name placard, meets you at baggage claim, and walks you to the vehicle. Meet-and-greet adds $25 and is popular with first-time visitors, international travelers, and VIP clients who prefer the extra assistance.
The Vehicle and Driver Experience
Expect a late-model black sedan (Lincoln Continental or similar) or SUV (Cadillac Escalade). Interior: leather, climate-controlled, bottled water, phone chargers. Your driver wears professional attire, opens your door, handles all luggage, and knows the best route to your destination. No small talk unless you want it.
