All prices shown are flat rates, not estimates. The price quoted at booking is the price you pay - no surge pricing, no meter, no surprises. The only exception is if your trip details change (different pickup location, additional stops, etc.).
Is gratuity included in the price?
Gratuity is not included in the quoted price. If you're satisfied with your service, a tip of 15-20% for your driver is customary but not required. You can tip in cash or add it at checkout.
